To book your Permanent makeup service,
please fill out our appointment request form here!
***After we find a good day and time that works we can put you on the schedule, we then require a $100 deposit to hold your appointment.
You can call the front desk to use your credit card to pay that deposit.
We require a $100 deposit to book any permanent makeup service. If you cancel and fail to give us at least a 48 hour notice to cancel/reschedule you will forfeit your deposit.
to reschedule, you would be required to give us another $100 deposit
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and we will have to reschedule.
We stay busy and our scheduled stay booked, so our time is very important to us, if you are late or fail to show up, we cannot fill your spot in such short notice and would result in loss of wages or if you are late we only allot a certain amount of time to do each session and we don't want to risk being late for our next client.
